How do I initiate a return?Updated a month ago

We’ve made returns simple and stress-free.

To get started:

1. Visit our Returns & Exchange Center
2. Enter your Order Number and the email address used at checkout
3. Select whether you'd like a return or an exchange

Once submitted, we’ll email you a prepaid FedEx return label.

You can:

• Print the label at home and attach it to your box
• or
• Bring the QR code to FedEx and they’ll print the label for you

A few helpful notes:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be in new, sellable condition
• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original form of payment
