We cover return shipping on all rug orders within the Contiguous U.S. and Canada. No surprise fees. No fine print.

For Alaska and Hawaii, return shipping costs are calculated based on the item and location and will be shown before you complete your return.

To be eligible:

• The rug must be in new, sellable condition
• No visible damage, stains, or pet hair

Free shipping and free returns apply to rug orders within the Contiguous U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories) and Canada.

Rug swatches and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to start a return or exchange:

1. Visit our Returns & Exchange Center
2. Select whether you’d like a return or an exchange
3. We’ll email you a prepaid FedEx label
4. You can print the label at home or simply scan the QR code at FedEx and they’ll print it for you.
