We cover return shipping on all rug orders within the Contiguous U.S. and Canada. No surprise fees. No fine print.

To be eligible:

• The rug must be in new, sellable condition
• No visible damage, stains, or pet hair

Free shipping and free returns apply to rug orders within the Contiguous U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories) and Canada.

Rug swatches and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to start a return or exchange:

2. Select whether you’d like a return or an exchange
3. We’ll email you a prepaid FedEx label

You can print the label at home or simply scan the QR code at FedEx and they’ll print it for you.
