We accept both prepaid cards and gift cards as a payment method. To use a prepaid card at checkout, please be sure to register an address with your prepaid card's provider; this is typically explained on the card itself. Unregistered cards may lead to failed transactions due to mismatched shipping/billing addresses. 

If you are experiencing issues with using a prepaid card at checkout, try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Register your address with your prepaid card.

2. Confirm if the address registered with the card matches the billing address provided at checkout.

3. Ensure the card has enough balance to cover the transaction. IMPORTANT: You can only use one form of payment at checkout.

Note: Prepaid cards cannot be used with Shopify's Pay In Installments.
